Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring peace of mind when you book with Signature Stays.

General Cancellation Terms

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or through the booking platform. The cancellation effective time is based on Indian Standard Time (IST).

  • Free cancellation: Up to 7 days before check-in – full refund
  • Partial refund: Between 7 and 3 days before check-in – 50% refund
  • Late cancellation: Less than 48 hours before check-in – no refund
  • No-show: Full charge, no refund

All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Special Rates & Peak Season

For bookings made under non-refundable rates or during peak season (December 20 – January 10), the following apply:

  • Non-refundable rates: 100% charge at booking – no cancellations or refunds.
  • Peak season: Cancellations require 14 days' notice for 50% refund; less than 14 days – no refund.
  • Long weekends & holidays: Same as peak season policy.

Early Departure & Modifications

  • Early check-out: No refund for unused nights.
  • Date modifications: Free if made 7+ days before arrival; subject to availability. Within 7 days, a modification fee of ₹1000 may apply.
  • Reducing stay length: Treated as cancellation of reduced nights per policy.

Group Bookings (5+ rooms)

For group reservations, separate terms apply:

  • 30% non-refundable deposit required at booking.
  • Cancellation 21+ days before: 50% refund of total.
  • Less than 21 days: no refund.

Please refer to your group booking contract for exact terms.

Important: Cancellation requests must be sent to reservations@signaturestay.in with your booking reference. Phone calls must be followed by written confirmation.

We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
